Valeriya Zhigulich is an international legal scholar holding a PhD in Legal Sciences, with over fifteen years of experience spanning corporate legal counsel, international institutional relations, cultural mediation and business advisory. She is the author of more than 30 scientific publications in international journals and volumes, including four monographs — focusing on investment law, comparative criminal procedure and legal integration in the Eurasian area. She has taught law as Associate Professor at Belarusian State University in Minsk and at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in Moscow, building a strong academic and institutional network across Europe, the post-Soviet area and the Eastern Mediterranean. Specialised in investment and trade law between the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan), Azerbaijan and Central Asia, she has gained direct experience in Cyprus — where she worked as Legal Counsel at an international investment group headquartered in Limassol — as well as in Belarus, Russia and Italy. A certified ADR mediator, she is an expert in negotiation and facilitation in complex multicultural contexts. At SupraLimitem, she guides Russian-speaking investors — from Russia, Cyprus and the CIS region — through relocation to Italy, investment structuring and integration into the Italian legal and business environment. She also supports Italian entrepreneurs developing commercial and institutional relationships in Russia, Central Asia and the EAEU markets.
