Carlo Mazzarella is an Italian entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience leading public and private companies across diverse sectors. A business advisor and mentor known for his ability to guide strategic transitions, Carlo blends entrepreneurial instinct with solid legal, political and managerial foundations. He holds a law degree with judicial and extrajudicial experience in civil and corporate law, which he later combined with over two decades of executive leadership as CEO in more than five independent organizations. For more than 14 years, he has launched, built and scaled ventures in sectors ranging from real estate and education to SaaS and hospitality — always with a clear vision for value creation and measurable performance. Alongside his entrepreneurial activity, he has actively contributed to national organizational boards, including Confindustria and other institutional bodies, developing a deep understanding of political structures and stakeholder dynamics. Today, Carlo operates as a business architect: investing, advising and supporting selected companies with hands-on strategic guidance.
