Carlo Mazzarella

Carlo Mazzarella is an Italian entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience building, managing and scaling companies across diverse sectors — from real estate and beauty education to publishing, SaaS and hospitality. He has served as CEO in more than five private organisations and as a Government Commissioner appointed by the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, overseeing the extraordinary administration and compulsory liquidation of state-backed cooperative real estate companies — an experience that gave him direct command of Italy’s institutional, legal and financial mechanisms. His institutional track record includes serving as Vice President for Institutional Relations at Confindustria Alto Milanese, membership of the National Board of Cosmetica Italia (Confindustria), and a long political career within a leading Italian political party — including direct collaboration with the Presidency of the Council of Ministers at the highest level, spanning electoral campaign management and institutional communications advisory. This combination of entrepreneurial depth, strong legal grounding and institutional fluency makes him an advisor equally at home in corporate boardrooms, government corridors and international geopolitical contexts.
